Spicy Veggie Stir-Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir-fry dish made with a variety of vegetables, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients

- β2 cloves garlic
- β1-inch piece ginger
- β1 large, sliced bell peppers
- β1 large, sliced onion
- β2 cups, florets broccoli
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sriracha
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the bell peppers and onion and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to tenderize.
