Middle Eastern-Style Goose Kebabs
Marinated goose kebabs grilled to perfection and served with a side of tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch cubes goose breast
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 teaspoon paprika
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 medium, sliced red onion
- β1 large, sliced bell pepper

1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the goose cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

5. Thread the marinated goose cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each cube.
