Pan-Seared Skirt Steak with Savory Stir Fry

Ingredients
- ●1.5 lbs skirt steakpreferably at room temperature before cooking
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●2 cloves garlic minced
- ●1 medium onion sliced
- ●1 medium bell pepper sliced
- ●2 tbsp soy sauce
- ●1 tbsp honey
- ●1 tsp cumin
- ●1 tsp coriander
- ●1/4 cup parsley choppedfor garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the skirt steak with cumin, coriander, and salt. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the skirt steak for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare.

While the steak is cooking, heat a separate skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
