Vietnamese-Style Tofu Bun Cha
A popular Vietnamese street food dish featuring marinated tofu and pork grilled over charcoal, served with fresh herbs and crispy rice noodles. This recipe is a vegetarian twist on the classic version.
Ingredients

- β1 package (8 oz) vietnamese rice noodlesfresh or dried
- β1 cup bun cha saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 bunch green onionschopped
- β1/4 cup mint leaveschopped
- β1/4 cup cilantro leaveschopped
- β1 tsp sesame seedsoptional
- β1 tsp sugaroptional
