Italian Pilaf Casserole
A hearty, savory Italian-inspired casserole featuring pilaf, mushrooms, and a blend of cheeses. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Mushroomssliced
- ●2 tbsp Savory
- ●2 tbsp Russian
- ●1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
- ●1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms in a little bit of oil until tender.

Add the cooked pilaf to the skillet, and stir in the savory and Russian. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan and Mozzarella.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange the pilaf mixture, followed by the cheese mixture.

Transfer the dish to the preheated oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
