Jamaican Shrimp Noodle Stir Fry
A spicy and savory stir fry made with jamaican-inspired flavors and shrimp. Serve over noodles for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound shrimppeeled and deveined
- β8 ounces noodlesrice noodles or soba noodles
- β2 tablespoons savory soy sauceor to taste
- β1 teaspoon spicy jamaican jerk seasoningor to taste
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilor other neutral oil
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped
- β4 lime wedgesfor serving

Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.

Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
