- β1 medium Chopped onionSaute until translucent

- β4 cups Chicken broth
- β1 tsp Harissa
- β1 tsp Ground cumin
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped (for garnish)
