Venezuelan Potato Bowl
A hearty and flavorful bowl filled with the warm spices of Venezuela, savory potatoes, and sweet notes.

- β2 tbsp Savorydried herb blend
- β1 medium Sweet Potatoesdiced
- β1 Bowllarge, for serving
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β1 tsp Cuminground
- βto taste Salt

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, onion, cumin, and salt until well coated.

3. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

5. While the potatoes are roasting, heat a large skillet over medium heat.

6. Add the diced sweet potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

7. Once the potatoes are done roasting, add them to the skillet with the sweet potatoes.

8. Stir in the savory herb blend and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
