Tunisian Sesame Crumble Bites
A savory and crunchy bite-sized snack inspired by Tunisian cuisine, topped with a mixture of sesame seeds and crumble.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet savory puff pastryhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup sesame seedswhite or black
- β1/2 cup crumblehomemade or store-bought
- β1 tablespoon olive oilfor brushing pastry
- βto taste saltoptional
- βto taste black pepperoptional

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the savory puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Cut the pastry into small squares, about 2 inches per side.

Brush the pastry squares with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Top each pastry square with a small spoonful of crumble.

Fold the pastry squares in half to form triangles and press the edges to seal.

Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each triangle.
