Turkish Paneer Tagine
A flavorful Turkish-inspired stew made with paneer cheese, savory spices, and tender tagine.
Ingredients
- β250g Paneer cheese
- β2 tsp Savory spice blend
- β1 tsp Turkish red pepper flakes
- β1 piece (about 2 inches long) Tagine
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- β1 tsp Salt
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the savory spice blend and Turkish red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the paneer cheese and stir to coat with the spice mixture.

Add the tagine and enough water to cover the ingredients.

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the paneer is tender.
