Pabellón Criollo Sandwich
A Venezuelan-inspired sandwich featuring shredded beef, plantains, and melted cheese, served on crusty ciabatta bread.

- ●2 cups Mai Tai PlantainsSliced and sautéed
- ●8 oz Mozzarella CheeseShredded and melted
- ●2 loaves Ciabatta BreadSliced into thick rounds
- ●1 tsp Savory SeasoningBlend of herbs and spices
- ●1/4 tsp SaltTo taste

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the shredded beef with savory seasoning and salt.
