Crispy Cassava Stir Fry
A flavorful and crunchy stir fry made with cassava and savory flavors, inspired by Vietnamese cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 large Cassavapeeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Savory stir-fry mixavailable at most Asian grocery stores
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceor to taste
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βchopped Fresh cilantrofor garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the cassava pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly browned.

In a small bowl, mix together the savory stir-fry mix and soy sauce.
