Beef Zanzibari Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish with marinated beef, Zanzibari peppers, and savory flavors.
Ingredients
- β500g beefsirloin or ribeye
- β2 zanzibari peppersAsian hot peppers
- β2 tsp savorydried savory herb
- β2 tbsp soy saucelow-sodium
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor frying
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- β1 onionthinly sliced
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Add Zanzibari peppers and cook for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce and savory. Stir to combine.

Return beef to the wok. Stir to combine with sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
