Korean Beef Jjigae
A spicy Korean beef stew made with beef, shaggy korean chili peppers, and banchan. Serve with rice.

- β1 pound Beef (thinly sliced)
- β2 Shaggy Kori (Korean chili peppers)adjust to taste
- β1 cup Banchan (Korean side dish)example: kimchi
- β2 tablespoons Block of Korean chili paste (gochujang)

Instructions

Brown the beef in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the shaggy kori and cook for 1 minute.
