Paella with Melon and Brazilian Sausage
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, featuring juicy melon and spicy Brazilian sausage. Perfect for a warm evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Brazilian Sausage
- β2 cups, diced Melons
- β1 cup Paella Rice
- β1/2 cup, chopped Shattering
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced melon and chopped shattering, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the paella rice, stirring to combine with the sausage and melon mixture.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the rice is lightly toasted.

Add 2 cups of water to the pan, bringing to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, simmering for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
