Spicy Turkish Borek

- β1 package (thawed) Flaky Pastry (Borek)
- β2 Fresh Chillies
- β1 tsp Turkish Spice Mix
- β1 tsp (dried) Shattering Chillies
- β1 dried Ancho Chilliessoaked in water, chopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/2 cup Feta Cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the thawed borek pastry.

Mix together Turkish spice mix, shattering chillies, ancho chillies, and garlic.

Spread the spice mix on one half of the pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch border.

Top with feta cheese (if using).

Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press edges to seal.
