Ceviche for a Hangover Cure
A refreshing and light ceviche dish to help alleviate hangover symptoms. This recipe combines the tanginess of Greek yogurt with the bold flavors of ceviche.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Shattering Ice
- β4 Fresh Seabass Fillets
- β1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- β1/4 cup Ceviche
- β2 tablespoons Tangy Lime Juice
- β1/4 cup Cured Onions
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

1. Cut the seabass into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.

2. Cover the seabass with the shattering ice and let it sit for 30 minutes.

3. After 30 minutes, remove the seabass from the ice and pat it dry with a paper towel.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, ceviche, lime juice, and cured onions.

5. Add the seabass to the yogurt mixture and toss gently to combine.

6. Season the ceviche with salt to taste.

7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
