Turkish Cornmeal Kofte
A traditional Turkish dish, these cornmeal kofte are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Cornmeal
- β1 pound Kofte
- β1/4 teaspoon Turkish
- β2 tablespoons Shattering
- β2 Eggs
- β1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Milk

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, kofte, turkey, shattering, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper.

3. Gradually add the milk, stirring until the mixture is well combined.

4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.

5. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
