Egyptian Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry dish, inspired by Egyptian flavors, made with rice and various vegetables. This meal is perfect for a weeknight dinner or lunch.
Ingredients

- β2 cups shattering stir-fry vegetables
- β2 tablespoons nutty brown rice vinegar
- β1 tablespoon fry oil
