Tunisian Fregola Pilaf with Shattering Vegetables
A flavorful and aromatic pilaf dish from Tunisia, made with fregola, vegetables, and a hint of winey flavors.

- β2 medium Shattering carrotspeeled and chopped
- β1 large Shattering onionschopped
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Winey red wine
- β1 teaspoon Pilaf spice mix
