Baked Mussels in Indian-Style White Wine Sauce
An easy and flavorful seafood dish that combines the freshness of mussels with the richness of Indian spices, all baked to perfection in a white wine sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 medium, diced tomato
- β1/4 cup white wine
- β1 teaspoon Indian-style curry powder
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 tablespoons butter
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a large bowl, combine mussels, onion, garlic, tomato, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle white wine over the mixture and toss to coat.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and dot the top with butter.

Cover the dish with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
