Dutch Stamppot with Cassaba
A traditional Dutch dish made with boiled potatoes, kale, and sausage. This recipe adds a sweet and tangy flavor with cooked cassaba.

- β4 large potatoespeeled and cubed
- β1 pound zesty sausagesliced
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 bunches stamppotchopped

- β2 tablespoons margarine
- β4 cups water

Instructions

Boil the potatoes and cassaba in water until tender.
