Sherry-Glazed Grilled Salad

- β4 cups Mixed greensAny combination of lettuce types
- β1/4 cup SherryDry sherry for glaze
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor grilling and dressing
- β2 tbsp Balsamic vinegarFor dressing
- βto taste Salt
- βhandful Rose petalsOptional garnish

1. Preheat grill to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

2. In a small saucepan, combine sherry and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat until reduced by half.

3. In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with balsamic vinegar and remaining olive oil.

4. Grill slices of bread until toasted. Chop into crouton-sized pieces.
