British-Style Pork Belly Stir Fry
A hearty and flavorful stir fry made with tender pork belly, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound pork bellycut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1-inch piece gingersliced
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon sugaror to taste
- βto taste black pepperground

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the pork belly and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
