- ●2 cups Peppery (gravy)
- ●1 cup Canadian (cheddar cheese curds)
- ●2 tablespoons Poutine (beef drippings)

Instructions

Preheat oil to 350°F (180°C) for frying.

Cut fries into 1/2-inch thick sticks and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
