Syrian Lamb Kibbeh Dumplings
A traditional Syrian dish featuring flavorful lamb dumplings served with a side of tangy sauce.

- β1 cup, crumbled Day-old bread
- β1 medium, finely chopped Onion
- β1 teaspoon, ground cumin, 1 teaspoon, ground coriander Spices

- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons Water
- β1/4 cup, chopped Sick (or mint leaves)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lamb, crumbled day-old bread, chopped onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
