Pan-Seared Tuna with Kenyan Spices

Ingredients
- β4 steaks, 6 oz each Tuna SteaksFresh, sushi-grade tuna
- β2 tsp Kenyan Spice BlendAfrican-style spice mix with cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor pan-searing
- β2 tbsp Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Floral HoneyTo balance flavors
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped for garnish
- β1 tsp Silky Soy Sauce (optional)For added umami flavor
