Pan-Seared Cod with Norwegian Stew
A delicate and flavorful dish featuring cod, norwegian stew, and silky sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Norwegian stewhomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup Silky saucehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Floral water
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β Salt and pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the cod fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

Bake the cod for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

While the cod is baking, heat the norwegian stew in a saucepan over low heat.
