- β2 tbsp canadian curry pasteadjust to taste
- β1 tsp thai red curry powderadd for extra depth
- β1 block silk tofucrumbled, optional
- β2 tbsp herbal oilsuch as coconut or canola
- β1 can silky coconut milkfull-fat for rich flavor
- βto taste salt
- βfor garnish fresh cilantro
- βfor serving lime wedges

Instructions
