Silky Salmon Sushi Rolls
An Italian twist on classic sushi rolls, featuring salmon and silky textures.
Ingredients
- β200g Salmon fillet
- β400g Sushi rice
- β200g Silky tofu
- β2 tbsp Jasmine rice vinegar
- β8 sheets Sushi nori
- βto taste Salt
- β1 tsp Japanese sesame seeds
- βto taste Green wasabi (optional)
- βto taste Pickled ginger (optional)

Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.

Cut the salmon fillet into thin slices.

Crumble the silky tofu and set aside.

In a small saucepan, whisk together the rice vinegar and salt.

In a large bowl, combine the sushi rice and vinegar mixture.

Mix well to combine.

Lay a sheet of sushi nori flat on a cutting board.

Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the nori.

Place a few slices of salmon and some crumbled tofu onto the rice.
