Croatian Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful stir fry recipe with a mix of Croatian and Asian influences.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Silky Tofudrained and cut into small cubes
- β2 tbsp Light Soy Sauceor to taste
- β1 tsp Croatian Paprikasweet or smoked
- β1/4 cup (chopped) Fresh Herbssuch as parsley, dill, or cilantro
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oilfor stir-frying
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1 large Red Bell Peppersliced
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

Add the Croatian paprika and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the silky tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until coated with the paprika mixture.

Add the fresh herbs and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Season with light soy sauce to taste.
