Eastern-Style Roasted Cauliflower Bowl

- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 cloves garlic

- β1 teaspoon paprika
- β1 teaspoon cumin

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Rinse the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into florets.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
