Sausage Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish made with Italian sausage and vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Italian Sausage casings removed
- β2 bulbs, sliced Fennel
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β1 clove, minced Garlic
- β1 tablespoon, grated Ginger
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced fennel and cook for 3-4 minutes, until it starts to soften.

Add the Italian sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
