Pan-Seared Squid with Ukrainian Flair
A dish that combines the tender squid with the flavors of Ukrainian cuisine, including the tanginess of sour cream and the earthiness of dill.
Ingredients

- ●2 Baby Potatoes
- ●2 tbsp Stir Fry Sauce
- ●1 tsp Dill
- ●1 cup Sour Cream
- ●1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ●1 clove Garlic

1. Rinse the squid under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

4. Add the squid and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

5. Remove the squid from the pan and set aside.
