Peruvian Stir Fry

- β1 block Silky tofudrained and cut into small cubes

- β1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
- β1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- β Salt and pepper
- β Fresh cilantrochopped (optional)
