- β4-5 medium roasted potatoespeeled and cut into fry shapes
- β2 teaspoons tomato powder
- β2 tablespoons stir fry vegetable oil
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with stir fry oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
