Russian-Style Chickpea Pancakes

- β1/2 cup silky tofu
- β1 small fry onion
- βto taste salt

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour and salt.

Gradually add in water and stir until smooth.

Add in silky tofu and stir until combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add in fry onion and stir until translucent.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop batter into pan.
