Slovakian Oreo Cheesecake
A rich and creamy dessert combining the flavors of Slovakia and America in a delightful cheesecake.
Ingredients
- β1 package (36 cookies) Oreo cookies
- β16 ounces (450g) cream cheese
- β1 cup (240ml) silkunsweetened almond milk or similar
- β4 eggs large eggs
- β1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1 large bowlfor mixing and serving

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Crush the Oreo cookies in a bowl.

Mix the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the cheesecake batter into a 9-inch springform pan.

Add the crushed Oreos on top of the cheesecake batter.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
