Egyptian Silky Wrap
A Middle Eastern-inspired breakfast dish featuring silky, smooth Egyptian eggs wrapped in a tasty egg wrap.
Ingredients

- β1 wrap
- β2 tbsp silkysilky smooth sauce
- β1 cup smoothsmooth hummus
- β1 tsp egyptianegyptian spice blend
Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour in the eggs and cook until they are almost set.

Add the silky smooth sauce, smooth hummus, and egyptian spice blend to the eggs.

Stir everything together and cook for another minute.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Spoon the egg mixture onto the center of the wrap.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
