Ethiopian Lamb Stew with Fir

- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 inches, grated Ginger
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fir needles
- β1 cup Red wine
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic; cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add fir needles, red wine, chicken broth, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
