Portuguese Tortilla Wrap
A classic Portuguese dish, this tortilla wrap fills a smooth and silky omelette with the flavors of Portugal.
Ingredients

- β1 portuguese tortilla
- β1 wrap
- β0.5 onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- βto taste chili flakes
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βoptional shredded cheese
Instructions

Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until the edges start to set.

Place the portuguese tortilla on top and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Use a spatula to carefully fold the tortilla in half.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
