Spanish Pine Paella
A classic Spanish dish made with saffron-infused rice, savory seafood, and a hint of pine nut flavor.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Spanish riceuncooked
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup pinepineapple chunks
- β1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β2 cups water
- β1 cup pineapple juice
