Spicy Silky Stir-Fry

- β200g Silky tofudrained and cut into cubes
- β2 tbsp Spicy saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Fermented vegetablessuch as kimchi or sauerkraut
- β1 Pepperany color
- β1 tsp Vegetable oilfor cooking

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes, until slightly tender.
