Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon with Roast Vegetables
A simple and flavorful dish featuring pan-seared Norwegian salmon paired with a variety of roast vegetables.
Ingredients

- β1 bunch + 2 medium Roast vegetables (carrots, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes)
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β4 Lemon wedgesoptional

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
