Uruguayan Chicken Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Uruguay, made with tender chicken and tangy ingredients.

- β2 tablespoons uruguayan tangy sauce
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 medium carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 medium potatoespeeled and chopped

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
