- β1 block (14 ounces) Silky tofu
- β1 bunch Bok choy
- β1 cup Shiitake mushrooms
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β2 inches Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Rice vinegar

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
