Turkish-Style Pilaf Pasta Bake
A hearty and comforting pasta bake infused with the flavors of Turkish cuisine. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner.
Ingredients
- β250g Pasta (penne or fusilli)short pasta shapes work best
- β500g Slow Cooked Pilafhomemade or store-bought
- β200g Cooked Turkey (optional)diced or shredded
- β100g Mild Turkish Cheddar Cheesegrated
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor greasing the baking dish
- β Salt and Pepperto taste
- β Fresh Parsley (optional)chopped for garnish

Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pilaf, cooked turkey (if using), and grated cheese.

Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until well combined.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
