- β1 medium, chopped onionany variety

- β2 medium, chopped carrotany variety
- β2 stalks, chopped celery
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β1 tsp smoked paprika
- β2 cups hot water
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
