Smoked Italian Gnocchi
A simple yet flavorful dish that combines the richness of smoked potato gnocchi with the bold flavors of Italian seasoning.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Italian seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Hot sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βoptional Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface.

Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the gnocchi.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of hot sauce over medium heat.

Add 2 cups of smoked potato gnocchi to the skillet and toss with the hot sauce.
