Smoke Shrimp Tacos
Smoked shrimp tacos with a hint of monsoon flavor. Perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound shrimppeeled and deveined
- β4-6 tacoscorn or flour
- β2 teaspoons monsoon spice blendavailable at most spice shops
- β2 tablespoons smokeliquid smoke
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor brushing
- βto taste saltoptional
- β2 tablespoons lime juiceoptional
- β1 ripe avocadooptional
- βchopped cilantrooptional

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together monsoon spice blend and smoke.

Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.

Brush tacos with vegetable oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

Once the tacos are cooked, set aside to cool.
